    Which workout?


    I'm wondering what workouts are best for muscle building? I don't need to rip up much but I'm wanting to add around 2 stone?

    First off what ate your stats.. height, weight(lbs or kg pls), expierence,supps, diet, bf... Its really hard just to say do this workout without any info
