So I've been using the 5/3/1 for the last couple months while doing a recomp (kind of). I just suffered a back injury, so I'm going to put my planned PL meet on hold and do a straight cut.
It seems that the WS4SB protocol would be good for maintaining strength while dieting, but I've never used it. I like the conjugate method, and the introduction of DE days makes sense to me.
Anyone done this with any measure of success?
