I work 9 to 3.

Right now I am doing some lazy IF.

I eat around noon, 2-3 cans of tuna or whatever was leftover from dinner, lift at 5 or so, eat until 9.

I have a problem with my foot that is holding cardio up, but had planned on fasted cardio every morning.

Reading up on IF I see that morning fasted lifting my be more ideal for me.

I was thinking of lifting at 6AM, still eating at noon, still tuna most likely, and doing cardio in the evening (running the dog to the beach or in the hills)

What do you guys think?
