  1. how to optimize endurance for running?

    Hey guys, I've had a bit of time off running, used to run up to 10km at a time and wanting to get back into it. What supplements r best for endurance?

  4. Caffeine on race day if you can go without it for a month prior to the race.

    Some bicarbonate if you're running above the lactate threshold (faster than race pace).

    Off the top of my head


  5. L-Arginine
    Citrulline Malate
    Electrolytes (Through food and water)

    And of course Dextrose-Drip Fed Through Mouth
