Advice on a routine while working rotating shift

Et me start by introducing myself....I am 27 6'2 and 225 at 16-17%. I have been in and out the gym for around 10 years and recently landed a job working a rotating shift. With the rotating days/nights I'm having trouble finding a routine I can stick with and still get results. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance
