Ok so im 5ft 6 152lbs. Im pretty sure im skinny fat. Comming back after a 3 month layoff as well. Skinny arms and legs fat belly and back. In doing 1700 cals 190 protein. 30 min HIIT cardio 3x a week. And a full body routine 3x a week. Question is what is a good amount of reps? Originally i thought high reps on a cut would be best but since i have skinny arms an legs someone told me to do lower reps on a cut. What benefits would i get from doing 3 sets 7 reps on a cut?
