Elbow pain

Question,

getting pretty bad pain in both elbows during heavy lifts, especially when traiing tris... feels like fire right behind the tip of my elbow. Was wondering if the neoprene sleeves would control this a bit?

Not to mention i banged the f'in thing in the car and made a complete sentence out of the F word

any help would be appreciated

I've gone through the same thing. Cissus has been the biggest help and eliminates the discomfort completely for me.

No problem. I've had good success with USPlabs Super Cissus and am currently having the same results with SNS Cissus XT.
