  2. No, but with the weights only being 2*10lb and 2*5lb you're unlikely to get much out of it. It may be ok for women who are looking to get lean and think that using weights will turn them into some type of female hulk but I really can't see it being suitable for men, even those who are new to exercising.

    Body pump is an affront on proper form and program design. I often have to fix the form of my clients who have taken these classes. Millions of quarter squats! Hooray!
