Got 315 on the flat bench this afternoon.. Got 4 solid full reps.. stats of today are 5'6 191lbs

Now you should try for your 1 rep max.. Maybe you could get 350??

No, and neither is Wendler who uses it to calculate 1RM in the 5/3/1. I've fount it to be accurate +/- 5#.

I agree. I think 315 was my favorite mark that I have hit. 405 didn't even feel as good when I did it....was so proud of those "3 plates" !

So in powerlifting competitions they shouldn't have to max out anymore... Just hit something for 5 or 6 reps and just calculate from there. I mean there's definitely no variables.. It's 100% accurate...It's fool proof

I think everyone is different and there's a lot of variables with this and no 2 people are the same when it comes to reps. IMO

Congrats on the lift. I have used the same formula napalm presented for years and has always been accurate within a few pounds.
