I work 14 hour shifts at work so im used to heavy lifting and moving for long periods of time. On my days off is it okay to do two workouts a day if i have no symptoms of overtraining? Strength training in the morning (typical 3 day split routine), and kettlebell and core work in the afternoon. Kettlebells work better for me than cardio at melting off fat with the added bonus of building muscle. I am currently taking Andro and Activate Xtreme twice a day and 10g Creatine Monohydrate once a day. Energy is through the roof and havent had any problems recovering from the workouts. I just am not sure if that much volume will prevent my muscles from rebuilding.
