    exercises per muscle group

Im trying to put together a 3 day split workout. 1st day is arms (biceps, triceps, forearms). 2nd is torso (shoulder, chest, back). 3rd is legs(upper and lower legs).

I have 2 exersises per muscle group so about 6 per day and an extra 2 exersises per day for abs. Is that enough?

IMO, rubish. if you dont know how to design a program find a proven one that will help you reach your goals.

and so, what are your goals.

as for answering is that enough, maybe. depends on your work capacity, the intensity of each set, and how much you are doing to recover from workouts.
you can call me "ozzie" for short.

I'm going to order the wendler 5/3/1 book off of amazon. I just need to actually sit down and do it . My goals are pretty much to improve upper body strength and physique. And if I can get better running endurance that would be phenomenal.
