Figured this would be a fun one to start up on here. I use a reverse pyramid scheme split for chest/back/rest/shoulders/legs/arms/rest. I start at 6 reps for the big compound exercises and do 1x6, 1x8, 1x10, and 1x12. On the accessory lifts I tend to work up in the same fashion but for 3 total sets 1x8, 1x10, 1x12. Its on a lift by lift basis for accessory lifts but it stays something similar to this.
