I'm on my third cycle and my cycles have been 8 days. I have seen great results but I have split my two depletion workouts into three days instead of two. Then cardio on the fourth day and carb load on the fifth day after my tension workout. Could I see better results if I did my depletion workouts in two days and then did cardio the following two before my carb load?
