Anybody ever rupture blood vessels in your hands? Im fairly certain that is what I have done, I was doing back on tuesday and decided not to use straps. I did deads, t bar rows, pullups and some seated mid back rows. Could the strain of the weight actually do this? There are some slightly noticable reddish purple areas on my fingers and hands where the majority of strain from gripping something would be. They kinda sting and itch a little, reminds me of the feeling you get after using a post hole digger all day.
