So in June I am about to start a bulking cycle with AB + AH:yup:, and I have thought about changing up my workout routine just to keep things interesting, currently I am in the gym 4 days a week no less than an hour, what I was thinking of changing was my lifting technique, my usual workout is 3 sets of 10, first set I start off heavy and work my way down each set 5 or 10lbs and so far it has been a beneficial routine but like I said I am thinking of trying something new so by any chance anyone have any routines that are good for bulking that you’d like to share?
