    So in June I am about to start a bulking cycle with AB + AH, and I have thought about changing up my workout routine just to keep things interesting, currently I am in the gym 4 days a week no less than an hour, what I was thinking of changing was my lifting technique, my usual workout is 3 sets of 10, first set I start off heavy and work my way down each set 5 or 10lbs and so far it has been a beneficial routine but like I said I am thinking of trying something new so by any chance anyone have any routines that are good for bulking that you’d like to share?

  2. The best advice I can give is get a notebook and write everything down. Next session beat what you did before. Whether it's reps or weight. If you do that every week you will make serious gains no matter what routine youre doing. That is what has helped me the most.

  3. I agree with a workout log.
    I think using a workout log rather than instinctive training.
    Is the easiest and often most neglected part of most peoples training program.
    If you have a smartphone you can download any number of workout logs.
