PCT Training

While on cycle I was doing a lot of Spec training, mid way I went back to a regular split, then at the end I had to start doing some running, kind of Jill some gains ... Well I got 2 weeks left of Test E before I start PCT and wanted to switch up my training to keep growing nd staying lean but I know since it's PCT im gonna need more recovery time and less cardio to no cardio
I'm thinking RPT or MadCow 5x5, I've done both with great results before but I'm looking for variations of it ... Anybody has any good training they tried during PCT to keep growing?
