Just go back and do what you can. If you can bench 120, do one 120. If you can still bench 135 do that.
After 4 weeks you will now only be able to do exactly 117.5x 8. I hope your gym has some 2.5 pounders. Your speed also decreased to 5.8 mph for 45 minutes.
