    NEW PR 275 for 8 reps.


    Yesterday I got up a new pr!! Flat bb bench 8 full reps. I dont really max out to much next week im going to see how many times i get 315!! 275 was LIGHT WEIGHT


    Im currently about 5'6 190lbs What are you guys putting up??

    I am 5'5 , 199lbs and putting up 400lbs+

    My partner is 5'7 208lbs and is going for 335lbs next week.

    I'm 6'2 245(ish) lbs and finally got up to 315 lbs on flat BB bench. Had my shoulder surgery done about 3 months ago so I can't complain too much I suppose.
