    Depletion workouts


    I've been working out for about 4 years and I have recently been reading up on depletion workouts and refeeding and had some questions I hope you guys could answer. How often should you do depletion workouts? What do you do In the days between depletion workouts? What are some good high carb foods to eat directly after? And what would be some exercises to make up depletion workouts?

    adding dextrose powder to a gatorade and drinking that post workout will give you then carb rush, then just eat high glycimic carbs with your meal- white rice, mashed potatoes, yams, etc
