Has anyone tried this program from layne Norton? It looks interesting. I'm thinking of trying a modified version of it when I start my recomp in a few days.

I'm using his PHAT program, but I modified it abit for my needs (minor changes). You can see it in my Compound 20 Erase Pro log. Great program, I love it.

It is quite a bit of volume and very taxing.

I'm not a doctor but I'll take a look
I loved the phat training. I used a light version of it in my pct and kept most of my cycle gains. About 10 out of 15lbs. Now I have stepped it up and using it in my cut to retain muscle and burn off fat... so far so good. Cycle starts June and I will modify it again.
The advice I give is just that... Advice, purely my opinion. Not medical advice
Here's my log of PHAT!!!
