    if you want, i can pm or email you my workout. its a combination of wendler, buckeye and idowhatworksforme, its a three day split with a cardio day. i have been working it to what it is now since 8th grade and i have gained from 135 to abour 195, and about 25lbs since january

    really happy for my first real time
    smith machine front squats 175/ 8 6 4

    fish oil is good for your joints. dosages are something i'm not familiar with though.

    corn on the cob for dinnner, steaks tooo. yumm. did some core because staying fresh for my last max of junior year! highschool is flying by fast. speaking of highschool, i won class treasurer for senior year! ima bulking my resume, ina now class treas, student council vp, national honor society treasurer, and ski club pres(2years). 7 on 7 june 2 toledo ohio, first big one of the mid atlantic region
