  1. if you want, i can pm or email you my workout. its a combination of wendler, buckeye and idowhatworksforme, its a three day split with a cardio day. i have been working it to what it is now since 8th grade and i have gained from 135 to abour 195, and about 25lbs since january

  13. fish oil is good for your joints. dosages are something i'm not familiar with though.

  16. corn on the cob for dinnner, steaks tooo. yumm. did some core because staying fresh for my last max of junior year! highschool is flying by fast. speaking of highschool, i won class treasurer for senior year! ima bulking my resume, ina now class treas, student council vp, national honor society treasurer, and ski club pres(2years). 7 on 7 june 2 toledo ohio, first big one of the mid atlantic region

    Haha. Me too. I'm fat. I'm at 25%. I just started workingout again. But I'm still young so I've got time. Actually I font even look fat. I'm pretty built but my doc says I'm obo25%

  26. two bad news and one GREAT news, well max out week is next week so i lost a work out.. not to bad.. so i decided to go to failure on the squat.. 225/6 275/3 315/2 335 /3 365/2 375/1 385/1 and my new pr 400 pounds.... so my last bad news is i am going to hershey park (theme park) tomorrow and walkibg is going to stibk

  29. you caught the itch. I remember when I was trying to get my bench to 275 then to 300 then 315 etc. now my 4 rep is 285. just gotta keep truckin

  38. taking school off tomorrow because i have finals tues- friday.. so alot of studying with a good workout. we got out 7on7 jersey which are so sweet. if anyone id bored june 2nd and want to watch a good 7on7 come to toledo university
