Bodyfat and still overweight?
Hey guys, iv been working out for about 2 months now. In that time I have lost 21 lbs. a lot of people I know are saying I should stop
Losing weight now as I look healthy.
I can't help but think that's bull****!!! I still feel overweight and I know I look it, I'm 14 stone now. I want to get down to about 12 stone.
What body fat do you guys think I'm at and do you agree I'm still overweight?
Also mad question but will my face shape change much when I eventually get into the 11% bodyfat range? It's annoying as I still store a lot if weight on my face

No idea what bf you are but it looks like your still overweight.give it 6 to8months. Avoid carbs except for pre and post workout as this will speed up the process. Dont worry about other people. You have to be happy with your body.
I know some people who are completly fine with 20% bodyfat.at the end of the day its personal preference.
Try small goals like 2 to 10lb losses after that try and maintain that weight for about 4 weeks and then go back to dieting. This allows you to pack some muscle in those 4 weeks which.is nice.

If you wanna know if you're overweight, look up a height to weight chart.. I dont think you're fat, if you wear a t shirt you'll look normal..
Have weekly goal, something that is easy to achieve.. Like a pound a week..You will hit the target every week or even exceed it thus you'll remain motivated.. Plus you're more likely to stay in that weight.. Lose weight too fast, you'll put in back on just as fast...

Yur skinny fat.. No offense why not just bulk. Put on some solid muscle. It will make up for the little chub yu have. Like im at 20% but weigh 240 and i dont look fatOriginally Posted by goingtogrow

My guess is you are here to 'look' like a fit, muscular person. You can lose all that bodyfat and what little muscle you have with it, or you cam start building muscle and slowly recomposition that fat away. Muscles need fuel, a sh*tload more than fat needs.
Eat good, healthy small meals every few hours, lift weights 3-5 times a week, and do cardio 3 times a week.
Meanwhile read everyday about diet/nutrition and training so you have a clue how to do both properly.
I use the mirror as my guide, nothing else.
