Hey guys, iv been working out for about 2 months now. In that time I have lost 21 lbs. a lot of people I know are saying I should stop
Losing weight now as I look healthy.
I can't help but think that's bull****!!! I still feel overweight and I know I look it, I'm 14 stone now. I want to get down to about 12 stone.
What body fat do you guys think I'm at and do you agree I'm still overweight?
Also mad question but will my face shape change much when I eventually get into the 11% bodyfat range? It's annoying as I still store a lot if weight on my face
