Pain under shoulder blade (probably rotator cuff issues)
Been having pain under my right shoulder blade it feels like, and wondering if anybody has experience with this. I've been training 16 yrs, and actually at the ripe age of 30 started my first cycle of AAS this past Sun.
Needless to say, a shoulder issue would be a big snafu right now, especially if I'm getting a lot stronger (for the first time in years). I'm thinking about doing some rotator cuff exercises after working shoulders, but wondering if:
(1) lying down on ice will help
(2) seeing a chiropractor might help
(3) which exercises could help rehab it
(4) any routines that can help, and specific exercises to avoid
I'm still able to do ALL exercises, but this is a potential problem I want to quash before it starts really get in the way.
Thanks a lot in advance!

Have you tried using a foam roller to loosen adhesions?
