Just signed up with Bobo on Tuesday to do an 8week cutting cycle, got the initial diet and wo routine in my email this morning. This guy puts some serious effort into personalizing a diet and training routine - daily meal plan, daily macro breakdowns, grocery list, and daily workout spreadsheet - this weeks was 12 pages so I'll have some reading material tonight for sure. He gave me a call on Tuesday night and we went over my goal and what I would like to accomplish, to say he is knowledgeable is an understatement for sure.

I had some decent results with ckd in the past but I am burned out on it and have put some serious fat back on after going off the diet. I had to stopped the ckd because it is just killing my martial arts training.
