How does this Full Body Routine look?

  1. How does this Full Body Routine look?


    I've always done a split routine and never really tried full body so I figured id give it a shot for 4-5 weeks. What do you guys think of this? It will be Mon, Wed, Fri and I will throw in a little extra work on some things that I may have missed on either Thursday or Saturday.

    MWF
    Squats - 3 Sets
    Incline DB Press - 3 Sets
    DB Rows - 3 Sets
    Shoulder DB Press - 3 Sets
    Wide Grip Pullups - 3 Sets
    Weighted Dips - 3 Sets
    Weighted Chin Ups - 3 Sets
    Calf Press - 3 Sets

    Thurs OR Sat
    Close Grip Bench Press - 3 Sets
    Preacher Curls - 3 Sets
    DB Flyes - 3 Sets
    Rear Delt Flyes - 3 Sets
    Hamstring Curls - 3 Sets
    Forearms


  2. You've got a lot of unnecessary movements in there. I'd strip it down and do something like starting strength.
