I started working out in January and have naturally brought my bench from 185 to 265 using the buckeye routine. Is this good results or is there a better routine someone can offer. Ps this is my first post

I would say that is fantastic results, almost unbelievable
ima pretty sure 185 was a little bit less than max at the begimging, but it wad close. i started with doing 185 at my school max out for football the second week of january and friday i put 265 down and up. i did start with the power buckeye but switch to the normal
