    Pff, I bet it's a lot harder to deadlift 210lbs for 6 reps the way I do it...

    May be harder without staps and doing the down/up 2-3count,but atleast give the man credit!He deadlifted 495lb!With good form just to fast for my type of training(unless doing explosive movements)
