So, After two months of lifting very heavy (4-6) rep range I noticed increased soreness in my right medial epicondyle (I'm left handed) and it seems to be aggravated by Deadlifts and barbell rows.
I took a week off and have resumed training but at 50% max weights. I still noticed the twinge but was wondering if there were any strengthening exercises that would help. Would increasing grip strength help?
