    Switching it up.Advice needed.


    I have been lifting for 4 almost 5 years now and am wanting to try training like a fighter instead of a bodybuilder.I have a good idea on what to do ect...but my question relates to bodybuilding.If I train like a mma fighter/endurance for 4 weeks ,will this hurt my body building progress?

    Typical bodybuilding? Yes. You will continue to grow muscles but it'll be sport specific and functional.

    I reread your question...if it's only for four weeks, you'll be fine.
