    Looking to acomplish some new goals while on this cycle. Here is a list of some of my current progress and goals

    Current Goals
    Bench 275 6rep 315 2reps

    BBshoulder Press 185 7reps 200 4reps

    Squat 315 6reps 315 10 reps

    Weight 180lb 195lb
