Ive always wanted to learn the handstand, full planche and windmill. So ive started a quest to learn them all 3, the strengths there thats for sure.. Now its all practise

Reason i am starting a thread about the full planche is that it could be funny to attempt it with some of you guys, and nevertheless its an good fullbody exercise when your on weekation or just wanting to fire off some energy, and its a cool trick when the girls are saying your big, but are you strong? When a friend asks how many pushups can you do; i can do them without legs

Ill be posting up some videos of my practise, so that people can follow and use some of the exercises i do to build up strength towards the full planche! If anybody is interrested in joining me, your welcome! could be fun
