Hey everyone. I'm new to this so bare with me. Just looking for a new workout plan. Trying to cut weight while also trying not to lose a lot of strength. Also open for recommendations on good supplements to use to help with this process. Have tried a couple test boosters(Musclepharm,Animal Stak,TestoFX) and fat burners(Hydroxycut and *** ripped pack). Pretty dedicated, so not afraid of a high intensity workout, just looking for something new. Thanks guys.
