i just tried this system today and I"m going to start using it to help bring out my delts, bi's and triceps. My question is if I save the 30 seconds of stretching/flexing between sets only for the last 7 sets of a muscle group? Has anyone here tried this system with good results?
 
ya the last set you perform 7 sets with 30-45seconds of rest between sets.. Ive used it for delts, chest, arms

examble for delts
db press
lateral
front raise
Bent over db lateral 7sets
shrugs

I would do 7's on your last set to bring up lagging parts
