What is the 5/3/1 program?

You don't really need to be hitting a 5/3/1 until you've been through a 5x5 and stopped making gains IMO.Starting Weight: 155lbs. Current Weight: 170lbs. Target Weight 185lbs.
Beginning SL 5x5.
