Ey guys,
Again, I found on the web Tom Venuto's critically acclaimed book.(free)
Was wondering what your thoughts are on his programs outlined and the nutrition?
I would tweak it for paleo though due wheat and gluten/dairy issues.
Thoughts?
Programs for a 4 day split look good, and I will superset exercises to save time and boost EPOC.
Can it be combined with a fasted training protocol suggested on USPlabs website?
Looks interesting, but using my own Supps. Not USPlabs.(probably use AP and BCAAs)
Would like your thoughts on the book for cutting.
I have had a big log thrown on my fire of hopes of playing good soccer, and commitment to running, is too demanding with what has happened.
I just want to look damn good naked. Only goals now. Keep healthy and enjoy my time. I will still run a 3-4 days a week to release stress and get some fresh air, and I will be doing intervals during those runs.
