So my schedule is a little crazy and i dont have a car so making it to the gym is really freakon hard. I can only go 4 times a week. This week i only made it three fukcin times. Pisses me off but it is what it today i had to throw arms and legs together. I squated and felt amazing. Did quads calfs and hams afterthat. Squating did somethimg to me because when i did arms i had the best pump of my life. My arms looked crazy swollen. It felt like they were gonna explode
