I recently joined an MMA gym and am trying to get my weekly schedule outlined so that I do as well as I can in all areas possible. I want to keep some weight training in there as well as incorporating some endurance training. I'm just going to layout my schedule as of now and hopefully you guys can help me figure out where to plug in weights/cardio and the approach to them as far as frequency and choices go. Right now I'm working 60-70hrs a week at my job 7 days a week so it's really tough to make all my classes, lift, live, etc.

M-TH:
5am: wake up
6am-5pm: work
7pm-9pm: kickboxing/BJJ classes
10pm-11pm: falling asleep
F-Sun:
(Same routine with a few less hours at work and no MMA training b/c I miss the scheduled times for weekend classes due to work)

I'd like to fit in some kind of 2x per week lifting routine for strength/maintenance at least and a cardio routine that will help me with better endurance and shredding up as we get closer to spring break/summer time. Thanks for your help everyone.

Do a few max Efforts (SS-mark rippitoe) on the days not at mma. (F-S)
Then go for a jog after it for 30mins

Thanks man. I'll keep that in mind as I try to iron this thing out.
