    18 year old lifting and nutrition log


    First off I don't know if people get pissed when people do this so cut me some slack, I just wish I would have seen something like this at an earlier age
    Monday January 23rd

    Yea decided college ball wasn't my thing and am focusing towards bodybuilding/ power lifting I'll post pics daily I think

    Oh and today was great, I won a free tub of Assault from A1Supplements. that **** is delish haha
    BW 238.0 lbs, bodyfat is catchin up to me.... time for cardio comin soon

    My lifting partner is in the hospital due to anaphelytic(?) shock from a peanut allergy lets pray for him
    Anyways this is all without a spot so its a little low, but its raw good form so dont get suspicious yall

    Calves mixed in between each set (my favorite) probably got 30 sets of calves in tonight

    Currently I'm sitting at 251.3 lb... ya you read that right

    I had a Chemistry exam today and I quite honestly raped it which pumped me up for this workout
    Legs (NO SPOTTER) aint no bitch
    Squat 315x12 365x10 390x9 410x7 315x failure (15ish) dont count just lift
    Front Squat 315x2(just wanted to try it lol) 225x12)x2 135x15-20)x2
    Leg Press (Confidence boosting lift haha) 600x8 700x8 800x12~~~~ if im feeling it i am going for 1000 on leg press next week
    Leg EXT 35x15 SLLOOOOOWWW!!!!!!

    Calves mixed in there between almost every rep.
