hey guys just got a quick question here
One day i was just going to pick up a relatively heavy bar and put it back on the stand, i useed very bad posture and just after i lifted it off the ground my friend stopped me and told me to do it like a dead lift and then put it back. so i did. I am very glad he did this because as i lifted i relatively hot pain occured just to the bottom right of my abs, below them.
since then it has been a few weeks, i tried to do relatively light dead lifts and the pain comes back and hurts a lot in the same area, so basicallyt i cant do deadlifts at this given time which is a big hassle!
anyone got any ideas as to what this could be and how i could help it fix itself?
thanks in advance
