    Been stuck on upperbody lifts and need advice on my workout?

    Before
    68x4
    squat 92x4
    deadlift 120x4

    Been doing SS for a month

    Bench 68x5
    Squat 124x5
    deadlift 125x4

    one warm up, two for deadlift

    Monday

    Bench press/Next week press 3x5
    Squat 3x5
    Chinups 3xFailure

    wednesday
    Press/ next week bench 3x5
    Squat 3x5
    Deadlift 1x5

    Friday
    Bench press/Next week press 3x5
    squat 3x5
    Pullups 3xfailure

    Thinking about switching to this.......thoughts?

    Monday
    Bench 3x5
    Squat 3x5
    Press 3x5
    Chin ups 3xfailure
    Deadlift 1x5

    Wednesday

    Bench 3x5
    Squat 3x5
    Press 3x5
    Chin ups 3xfailure
    Deadlift 1x5

    Friday

  2. Hows your bench technique?? I always like to use dave tate or any of the dudes from elitefts as guides.

    Eat more.....Maybe 100-200 Cals more, im lean bulking

  6. At 6'0" 150lbs you are going to see very little in terms of size and strength gains on a "lean bulk" you are already quite lean judging by your avatar pic. If you wish to continue lean bulking, you need to accept that the gains will be coming slower than if you were to go all out and actually bulk.

    Good advice but i did just gain Nearly 30kg's on squats in a month....Im thinking the gains have come from squats 3 x a week, so My thinking is to do everything 3 times a week and see how it comes along

  9. 2 years in feb, have had very bad routines, and have had to cut alot, used to be 100kg 30% bf and couldnt deadlift 50kg....First time ive done a popular routine, other then my made up ones...squats for about a year, have never made so much progress in my life in this month : )...
