What do you guys think is a better mass builder for shoulders? Seated military barbell press or seated dumbell shoulder press?
 
I dont see one being way more benifiial then the other.. Both are great mass builders DBs allow for stabilizer muscles to kick in more

Like to switch between every few weeks.
 
Agree with the above. Also, more lateral movements hit all three heads more evenly. So I would say do one of the above and one lateral based movement. Then maybe a rear delt motion.
