Ive been doing this workout the last 2 weeks and my legs are beaten up. They are sore from my ass to my toes

Squats 15,12,10,8,6
lying leg press or single leg press 4x 12-15reps
front Squat Hammer machine 4*12-8 reps
single leg extension 3*12-15 reps

Standing leg curl 4x10-15 reps
Seated reverse curl 3x10-15 reps

Seated calf raise 3x12-15 reps
Standing calf 3x12-15 reps

Going stick with this a few more weeks then change it.
