Cable crossover question

What's the difference between doin crossovers from high to low versus low to hiGh?

I have a Pretty well developed upper/mid chest, but my genetics have always made my chest More round and puffy than flat/ fully developed, Like I always was teased as a kid for having bit!ch tits and now I basically train my chest to be more flat than big.. But the lower part is still often pointy more so Than not.. I only do crosses high to low, I also do weighted dips, incline flyes, flat flyes, and flat and incline db.. I do not use bb bc it builds my chest too big.. What can I do to really flatten out my pecs and shape them to look less like b!tch tits?

It focuses more tension on a different part of your chest. I know one way focuses more than the other but I still feel I get equal tension from both. Try low to high sometime at the end of a chest day and you'll feel the difference.
Also I like to kill the end with 21's, something Haney Rambod enforces during Jay Cutler's contest prep. About shoulder height pulley setting, do 7 reps standing straight, 7 bent over, and then 7 leaning forward. Two sets of that is nice.

I am guessing by flatten you mean you would like more development in the upper chest? Try this out for a month: completely exhaust your triceps in the gym. Do 4 killer workouts for them. Then when your done go hit incline press with a wider grip and pump 4 to 5 sets out at around 10 rep range. While you do each rep, imagine yourself pushing away from the bar, versus pushing the bar away from you. Drive yourself into the ground. Focus each rep.

Also, DB lying overhead extensions are nice for upper chest focus. Lie on a bench, go all the way back behind your head, and squeeze the pecs hard on the way up, don't go all the way up though in order to keep constant tension.

Thanks for the info! I will try those 21s and will also be doing low to high crosses as part of my Gironda 8x8 routine for the month of Jan.. The chest routine for it calls
For:

Low to high crosses- 8x8 (30 sec rest)
Smith press to neck-8x8 (30 sec rest)
Incline db press palms facing in-8x8 (30 sec rest)
Chest dips weighted-8x8 (30 sec rest)
I will also do pullovers 8x8 (30 sec rest)
And then move into my back program

Careful with those presses to the neck. I really do believe a slight angle on the bench doing wide grip inclines smith machine is better for upper chest development.

To each their own.. I've got inclines with db on there, I really wanna use the smith machine too before I go back to
School (our gym SUCKS) so I'm tryin to utilize as Many different pieces of equipment while at my commercial
Home gym.. Ive done the presses to neck
Before and actually liked them.. Once I
Go back to school (for the last two weeks of the 8x8 program) I will probably do slight incline db flyes at neck height and deep/low big stretch...

Ps- u rep for beast?? I LOVE 2shredded! Use it every summer stacked with oep :)

Yeah buddy, never used Shredded myself, not much of a fat burner fan but everyone seems to love it. Just gave a bottle out in the promo section actually.

Good luck on the upper chest stuff, let me know how it works out.
