So after about 2 months of heavy ab training, they have plateaued.. I can't seem to get them full and sore anymore and even 45 pound plates on the decline aren't cutting it.. I loved that full feeling (since I have loose skin from being heavy for years) and big abs really helped make my stomach look better.. What's everyone do to really get their abs swollen and sore?? I think the only I've never done is the Ab wheel..
