Preventing injury

Docs of AM, I have a job that puts alot of stress on my elbows and shoulders any exercises that will help me prevent long term and short term injury? Stretches tips on lifting anything helpful would be appreciated thanks in advance

As far as stretching, what works for me with the elbows is putting my arm straight out with my palm facing up and pulling it toward my shoulder. For the shoulder, I stick my arm out and take my other arm and pull it across my chest. Also u should look into glucosamine as a supp. It helps lube the joints. Just my opinion.
