Never heard of it until this thread but can almost bet with 100% certainty its just the same ole same ole.....You can only lift things up so many ways....True story:

Havnt read it all yet. But it has different plan each week. One of them has a protein starvation day, followed by protein load/excess calorie period while doing same excersize (sqauts) 5 days in a row for 40 min. 3 reps at a time with 20 sec rest dropping weight load when approaching fail.

Yeah' I read a couple reviews on the book on amazon, they said its brutal. Book claims author gained 11 pounds in ten days. Not sure if thats possible but I'm gonna try it out in a few weeks.
