    Question Todd Wentworth "Cindy" Workout...

i've been watching todd wentworth for a while now, but is this a legit workout? he doesn't specify whether it's for cutting or bulking. i'd think it would be hard to bulk at the pace he's going.

well i did tw's workout, but with a tire instead of a washer, and i felt a good pump, but most of all my lungs were on fire. i guess this is strictly for conditioning!

    my time was 12:26

workouts are not all about cutting or bulking. there are conditioning workouts, active recovery workouts, and what i used to do with some athletes skill based workouts. IMO this is a conditioning workout.

now conditioning can increase muscle size and help to shed bodyfat. but that depends on the person, diet, sleep patterns, etc.
you can call me "ozzie" for short.
