I'm currently trying to come up with a good workout routine and this is what I have come up with. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Monday-abs & cardio
Tuesday-back & biceps
Wednesday-chest, shoulders & triceps
Thursday-off
Friday-legs, abs & cardio
Saturday-chest, back, shoulders, biceps, & triceps
Hit my upper body heavy on Tuesday & Wednesday and lighter on Saturday when I do them.
