Mon- Chest,back,shoulders ( 5 sets for each, 6-8 reps)
wed-legs ( what rep ad set ranges work best for you?)
fri-chest,back,shoulders,arms
sun-legs

Im 19, 5'7 ,140, looking to add mass. My diet is in check and I just want to make sure that my training allows me to grow. What do you guys think? If you guys have suggestions about reps and ranges I'd love to hear them. Thanks fellas
 
What I do is
Mon- chest (bp ibp ohp flyes and medial delts, along with a bit of tris)
Tues-legs
Wed- back & posterior shoulders
Thursday off and repeat
Basically 3days on 1 day off
 
Is this a good leg workout?
6 sets of squats 6-8 reps
2 sets of leg extensions 10-12 reps
4 sets leg curls
calf raises

Depends on how intense your squats are, if you can handle to add leg press in there then do so.
